Good day doc. I commit suicide last night because of depression. I drunk 21 capsule of max slim slimming pills in one take. I experience the effect of cocaine for 8 hours and the effect of sibutramine until now I feel dizzy, my face and arm are numb. I dindnt consult to any hospital. Now that I survive from what I did, I realize that what I need is to find job to entertain my self. But im afraid of drug test. May I know if how many days to detect in drug test the drugs that I take?

Dear user, I can understand. Depressive disorder or depression is a neuro chemical disorder. Suicidal tendency is one main symptom of depression. You must be able to distinguish between mental disease and mental disorder. Your problem is a mental disorder. Not a mental disease. These mental disorders are usually treated with a combination of medicines and other means like awareness, meditation, psychotherapy techniques, life style changes, etc. Take care.
